This Privacy Policy describes how the Developer ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Road Rage: Fury Lane mobile application ("App").

Account Information
- When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address (if you choose to share them)
- We create a unique user ID for your account
Game Data
- High scores, distances, and gameplay statistics
- In-game currency balance (coins)
- Power-up inventory and usage
- Game settings and preferences
Game Center Data
- If you use Game Center, we access your Game Center ID and leaderboard data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App
- Save your game progress and settings
- Display leaderboards and rankings
- Sync your data across devices
- Improve the App and user experience
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using:
- Firebase (Google Cloud) - for authentication and game data storage
- Apple Game Center - for leaderboards (if enabled)
Data is stored in secure cloud servers with industry-standard encryption.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Firebase (Google) for data storage and authentication
- Game Center: Apple, for leaderboard functionality
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data through the App
- Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Profile → Delete Account)
- Opt out of Game Center features
- Play as Guest without creating an account
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is rated for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game can be played in Guest mode without providing any personal information.
