Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to be bound by these Terms
• Are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Copy, distribute, or sell any part of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using:

• Sign in with Apple
• Google Sign-In
• Guest mode (no account required)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information

4. In-Game Currency & Purchases

The App includes virtual currency ("Coins") that can be:

• Earned through gameplay
• Used to play games and purchase in-game items

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or hacks
• Modify the App or game data
• Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the game
• Exploit bugs or glitches (please report them instead)
• Create multiple accounts to abuse game systems

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to:

• Graphics, artwork, and animations
• Music, sound effects, and audio
• Game design, mechanics, and code
• Text, logos, and branding

is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

If you submit any content (such as usernames or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage
• Apple Game Center for leaderboards

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the App or its systems

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Profile → Delete Account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Effective Date" above.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
