EpicTalk TV is a social companion app for television that allows users to:

• Discuss episodes with other users
• Write and read reviews
• Participate in watch parties
• Maintain a personal watchlist

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of EpicTalk TV, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, including comments, reviews, and messages. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

5. Community Guidelines

Users must follow these community guidelines:

• Be respectful to other users
• No harassment, hate speech, or bullying
• No spam or self-promotion
• Properly tag spoilers when discussing plot points
• No illegal content or activities
• No impersonation of others

Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal or account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

The EpicTalk TV app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

TV show information and images are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) API and are subject to their terms of use.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or collect data from the app without permission
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Upload viruses or malicious code

8. Disclaimers

EpicTalk TV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All information will be accurate or complete
• Defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
